What are your parameters when finding a niche phrase?
I use the following guidelines when researching your niche phrase, unless you specify otherwise:
- Over 5000 monthly global searches using the Google Adwords Keyword Tool set on “broad”
- Over 1500 monthly global searched using the Google Adwords Keyword Tool set on “phrase”
- Under 200,000 competing sites for niche phrase in quotes*
- First five Google search results having PR of 4 or less with each of those sites having 10,000 or less page links*
Obviously, I will not simply stop once finding a niche phrase within those guidelines.
I will find you the niche phrase with the absolute best numbers that I can!
What is the Master Keyword Scheduler spreadsheet you offer?
The Master Keyword Scheduler spreadsheet is an organizational concept that I came up with because I was constantly attempting to figure out when my next blog posts were due to be posted for several different blogs. (I’m not one to sit down and write all the posts right at the beginning. LOL!) I created the Master Keyword Scheduler spreadsheet and now use it for all of my blogs – each blog has a separate spreadsheet, and in a glance, I can see which I need to post to by a certain date.
